I have over 10 years experience assisting women who have experienced crisis situations. I bring a unique approach in moving from clients from “paralyzed” to productive.
I have 5 years experience in executive coaching for nonprofit organizations. I helped build a national ministry from the ground up, developing innovative strategies to solve problems, and empowering leaders with a strengths based perspective.
As a nonprofit consultant, my recent accomplishments include:
developing a domestic abuse policy for churches
developing and implementing a case management model of care for pregnancy centers
writing and implementing a faith based 12 step recovery program for a nonprofit
I can equip you and your team with the strategies, structure, and resources needed to operate effectively and be a good steward. I tailor the process to meet the unique needs and characteristics of my client(s).
I offer individual sessions to assist with achieving goals, focus, and finding purpose and fulfillment all while working from the strengths perspective.
